Effective Date: 9/25/2026Raiven Services LLC (“Raiven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI adoption consulting, training, and advisory services to businesses and individuals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website at raivenservices.com (the “Site”), submit a contact or inquiry form, register for an event or webinar, subscribe to our communications, or otherwise interact with us in connection with our services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Introduction
Raiven Services LLC (“Raiven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI adoption consulting, training, and advisory services to businesses and individuals.
This Policy is a notice describing our privacy practices. It does not create consent to processing where applicable law requires separate consent. If you do not wish to provide personal information, please do not submit it through the Site. Certain information may be necessary for us to respond to a request or provide requested Services.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to personal information Raiven collects through the Site, including through our contact and inquiry forms, and through related business interactions such as event registrations, client communications, marketing communications, and client engagements. It does not apply to information provided by our personnel in their capacity as employees or contractors. When Raiven processes personal information solely on a client’s documented instructions, the client’s privacy notice and our agreement with that client may govern that processing. This Policy continues to apply when Raiven determines the purposes and means of processing personal information. Nothing in a services agreement limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Information generated when you attend a Public Class as an individual registrant is addressed in Section 3.4 below.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
Contact and inquiry forms: When you submit one of our website contact forms, we collect the information you enter, which may include your first and last name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
Newsletter sign-ups: If you subscribe to our email newsletter, currently published through Substack, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
Event and webinar registrations: If you register for an event, webinar, or masterclass we host (currently processed through Eventbrite), we collect the registration details you provide, such as your name, email address, organization, and any responses to registration questions.
Client and billing information: If you engage Raiven for services, we and our payment processor, Stripe, collect billing contact details and payment information necessary to process invoices and payments. Raiven does not directly collect or store full payment card numbers; that information is collected and processed by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.
Correspondence: If you email us or otherwise correspond with us directly (including through Google Workspace, which hosts our business email), we retain that correspondence and any personal information it contains.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage through cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, and the pages you view and how you interact with them; and
- Cookie and advertising identifiers used by our analytics and advertising partners, as described in Section 5 below.
3.3 Information from Other Sources
Social and professional networks: We maintain a LinkedIn company page and founder profiles, and we use, or may use, LinkedIn advertising and audience-matching tools (such as the LinkedIn Insight Tag) to reach relevant professional audiences and measure the performance of our marketing. If you interact with our LinkedIn page or advertisements, LinkedIn may share certain interaction or audience information with us consistent with your settings on that platform.
Referrals and introductions: We may receive your name and contact information (such as your email address or phone number) from an existing client, contact, or partner who refers or introduces you to us.
Publicly available sources: We may supplement contact information with publicly available business information (for example, from a company website or LinkedIn profile) for legitimate business development purposes.
3.4 Information Generated During Public Classes
If you register for and attend one of our live, public AI classes as an individual registrant, additional personal information is generated during the class itself, beyond the registration details described in Section 3.1. This may include:
- Chat messages and questions you submit during the session;
- Work product, prompts, files, and outputs you create or submit during hands-on exercises, which may reflect your own employer’s business information;
- Your responses to a post-class feedback survey; and
- A recording of the session, including audio, video, and chat, if we provide advance notice and obtain any consent required by law. The notice will identify the recording platform, purposes, intended recipients, and applicable retention period.
During consulting engagements, training, and public classes, we may process prompts, files, outputs, chat messages, and related information that participants choose to provide. When third-party AI tools are used, information may be processed by the applicable provider under our agreement with that provider.
Please do not submit personal information, confidential information, regulated data, or third-party materials unless you are authorized to do so and Raiven has requested that information. Do not submit health information, government identification numbers, financial account credentials, or other sensitive personal information through general website forms or class exercises.
If you provide a testimonial about a class, we use it publicly only with your prior written permission. We will not publish a participant’s image, voice, statements, or work product without separate permission. We use class information to deliver and improve the class experience; attending a Public Class does not, by itself, add you to our marketing list (see Section 4).
4. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact forms, follow up on referrals and introductions, and communicate with prospective and current clients;
- To provide, manage, and invoice for our consulting, training, and advisory services, including delivering Public Classes and client engagements and using third-party AI tools where permitted by the applicable agreement;
- To register attendees for and administer events, webinars, and masterclasses, including recording notified sessions and using testimonials with separate permission;
- To send newsletters, service updates, or marketing communications, where you have opted in or as otherwise permitted by law (you may opt out at any time as described in Section 8);
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, and to understand how visitors use it;
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, or other harmful activity; and
- To comply with our legal and contractual obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose of collection. We consider the relationship’s duration, legal and accounting requirements, dispute periods, security needs, and applicable contractual duties. Contact form and marketing inquiry information that does not result in an ongoing client relationship is retained only as reasonably necessary for follow-up business purposes. Client and billing records are retained as required by applicable law and our internal recordkeeping policies. We then delete or de-identify the information unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.
8. Your Privacy Rights
8.1 Rights We Extend to Site Visitors Generally
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights, exercisable using the contact information in Section 13, to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and how it has been used and disclosed;
- Access a copy of your personal information;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions (such as information we must retain for legal, tax, or contractual reasons);
- Opt out of receiving marketing or newsletter communications from us at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any such email;
- Opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising or analytics purposes, as described in Section 5; and
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, authority, and jurisdiction. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by applicable law, subject to verification of the agent’s authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may deny or limit a request where an exception applies and will provide any appeal process required by law.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site and Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that we collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us using the information in Section 13.
10. Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms. This Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
12. Do Not Track and Other Browser Privacy Signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to such signals, our Site does not currently respond to them differently than described in this Policy.
Some browsers and browser extensions send an automated opt-out signal, such as the Global Privacy Control. Where applicable law requires recognition of an automated opt-out signal, we treat the signal as an opt-out request for that browser or device. You may also manage nonessential technologies through the “Manage Cookies” or cookie preferences link available on the Site or contact us using the information in Section 13.
13. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Policy or would like to exercise any of the rights described above, please contact:
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post the updated Policy on the Site with a revised “Effective Date.” If we make a material change, we will provide notice through a prominent Site notice, email where appropriate, or another method reasonably designed to reach affected individuals. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.
